I believe that everyone has the potential to succeed in their career, but sometimes they need a little guidance and support to get there. My coaching approach is focused on empowering my clients to identify their strengths and overcome their challenges to achieve their goals.
My path has been quite diverse. I started my professional career as a CPA at KPMG working on a variety of large client engagements including Pfizer, Omnicom Group, J Crew, and Tishman Speyer Properties. I left KPMG in 2008 for entrepreneurial pursuits which included a business consulting practice for 9 years advising growth stage clients domestically and internationally, I launched an alcoholic beverage company with partners which required building out a proprietary manufacturing facility, and I continue to be an active real estate investor.
I have helped launch growth stage companies from the ground up, built out company infrastructures, and developed a variety of organizational structures and respective leaders in high pressure stages and industries. I have been through the rollercoaster of stress, excitement, pressure, expectations, and challenges, all while attempting to balance my personal life and professional/investment pursuits. I have a deep understanding of the challenges faced by both employers and employees in complicated and dynamic business and personal environments, which provides me the ability to effectively coach my clients with their unique and complex situations.
I am recently married, an avid traveler, the son of immigrants, trilingual, a moderately passionate cook, an extremely passionate consumer of authentic cuisines, a runner, and an espresso enthusiast.
