I was laying in a pool of my blood on a metal table while staring at the operating room lights wondering how I got there. I was 37 yrs old, in good shape, yet the ER team assessed I was in the midst of a heart attack.
I asked myself how? How did I end up on the verge of death?
This was my tipping point.
It ended up not being a heart attack, though high stress due to endless worknights caused the scare. I had neglected self promises of balancing my life. How easy it is to forget after time and return to the grind.

as your life changes
